Quality processes
The inspection of electronic components and materials forms is an essential element of our quality management.
LIBRA Elektronik GmbH has integrated IDEA 1010-A standards into our internal quality workflow. What this essentially means is that goods are acquired only from selected, pre-checked suppliers. Possession of ISO 9001 / AS9120 and ASNI/ESD S20.20 certification is a prerequisite for suppliers, regular external audits are conducted and up-to-date certificates must be presented. LIBRA Elektronik GmbH guarantees strict observance of guidelines all through the inspection process.
The delivery is received at our warehouse delivery point and sent to quality inspection.
Each package delivered is documented photographically for security reasons. This allows external transport damage to be processed and reported immediately.
Articles are removed from the package and checked. The main focus of checks in this step is to ensure correct EDS-appropriate and ISO-conform packaging. This also allows damage due to incorrect packaging to be documented immediately.
All documents arriving with each package are checked for accuracy and completeness.
Each component delivered undergoes full testing. The manufacturer's datasheet provides the basis for these checks. Each part is checked and examined using a checking device and microscope, based on LIBRA's quality requirements. Deviations from datasheet or defects in quality are recorded on in the goods reception log and labelled appropriately. The entire detailed checking process is documented using photographic techniques.
After completing quality control, the delivered goods is compared against the supplier's order. Any deviations of the delivered goods from the corresponding order will also be noted in the log.
The goods are then packed according to ESD standards and stored in the specially pre-prepared storage location until they go on for further processing or delivery. After all checks have been completed and counter-checked, QC finalizes and signs the goods reception log.
After all checks have been completed and counter-checked, QC finalizes and signs the goods reception log.
All shipping documents and the goods receipt log are transferred to order processing for posting.
LIBRA Electronics AG is committed to implementing the latest standards of the electronics industry.
